As part of the Park Place project, Drum, Loyka & Associates provided site design services for a 208-unit luxury residential condominium at this, a major gateway to downtown Annapolis, Maryland. As additional adjacent properties became available during construction, the Developer also provided the residents with a pool and a dog park facility (Bark Place), which Drum, Loyka & Associates assisted in redesigning and re-permitting. The firmís timely preparation and recordation of as-built condominium plats was critical in satisfying the Developer's financing requirements for the second phase of building construction.
