This property which had been left vacant for over 20 years, required the redevelopment and conversion of a historic site, into a multi-use complex with 71 independent living dwelling units, a senior center, and a Boys and Girls Club. The project is owned by Anne Arundel County and is located within the City of Annapolis at the headwaters of Spa Creek. Drum, Loyka & Assocates worked closely with the multiple developers, architects and contractors.
